Alandis James Tribblett: Wisconsin Man Charged After Alleged Manhole Incident and Attacks

MAN ALLEGEDLY CLIMBS OUT OF MANHOLE, ATTACKS SHUTTLE DRIVER AND BITES POLICE OFFICER

A bizarre and violent incident outside a major entertainment venue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has led to criminal charges against a 21-year-old man.

According to a criminal complaint, Alandis James Tribblett allegedly removed a manhole cover near Fiserv Forum on September 13 and repeatedly climbed in and out of the opening for around 30 minutes, disrupting traffic and alarming people nearby.

Witnesses reportedly said Tribblett began pounding on shuttle buses operated by a local bar. He allegedly threatened to kill a female driver before another driver, a 63-year-old man, approached to check on his colleague.

Investigators allege that Tribblett punched the older driver, causing him to strike the shuttle bus as he fell and lose consciousness. The man was later treated at a hospital and reportedly suffered bruising and other injuries.

When officers arrived, Tribblett was allegedly making claims about underground tunnels and child trafficking. Police eventually took him into custody.

But the situation reportedly escalated again at the hospital. According to the complaint, Tribblett bit an officer’s hand while wearing a spit mask, leaving the officer with a bruise.

Tribblett faces two felony counts of battery, along with misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing or resisting an officer. Reports said he remained in custody on $1,000 bail, with a court appearance scheduled for November 4.

The shuttle company’s owner said the incident raised serious concerns about the safety of his employees. The business has considered additional security measures, including installing cameras in its vehicles.

The allegations have shocked local residents, but the case remains a legal matter, and the charges have not yet been proven in court.
