Cardi B turned heads at Milan Fashion Week with a dramatic new hairstyle and a bold pantsless look while attending the Gucci Spring 2027 show on September 25.

The 33-year-old rapper debuted a black bowl-cut wig featuring blunt bangs and tapered sides that ended at her jawline. The short, retro-inspired style marked a striking change from her natural curls and the colorful wigs she frequently wears onstage.

Cardi paired the new hairstyle with a plunging black lace bodysuit and sheer patterned Gucci tights. Instead of trousers or a skirt, she completed the look with pointed-toe heels and an oversized shearling coat from Gucci’s 2027 cruise collection.

The statement coat featured a furry white base decorated with silver details, complementing the luxurious aesthetic of the outfit and the fur-heavy designs seen on the runway.

She accessorized with silver Gucci monogram earrings and completed her makeup with a dramatic black-and-white smoky eye, bold mascara and black lipstick.

The Gucci appearance was the latest in a series of striking fashion moments for Cardi during Milan Fashion Week.

One day earlier, on September 24, she attended the Roberto Cavalli Spring/Summer 2027 show wearing a dramatic tiger-print gown. The floor-length design featured a plunging neckline, corset-inspired bodice and fur-trimmed hem.

Cardi accessorized the Roberto Cavalli look with tinted brown sunglasses, a gold snake collar necklace and animal-print heels.

On September 22, she also took part in the Vogue World: Milano show, walking the runway in a colorful halter dress decorated with multiple Vogue magazine covers.

The latest hairstyle transformation comes just weeks before Cardi’s 34th birthday on October 11.

The rapper is a mother of four. She shares three children with her former husband, Offset — daughter Kulture, 8, son Wave, 5, and daughter Blossom, 2. She also has a 10-month-old son with her former boyfriend, Stefon Diggs.

Alongside her music career and work on her third studio album, Cardi has increasingly focused on her business ventures, including her Grow Good Beauty textured haircare line.

She has said her business ambitions are aimed at creating a secure financial future for her children beyond income from her music career.
