Actor Taylor Lautner and his wife, Tay Lautner, have welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Lennon Taylor Lautner.

The couple announced the birth on September 23, sharing a photo of their newborn daughter on Instagram. They revealed that Lennon was born on September 16, 2026, and affectionately call her “Lenny.”

A Name That Connects Both Parents

Lennon’s name has a special connection to both of her parents. Her middle name is Taylor, the same first name shared by both her father and mother.

The couple had previously talked publicly about the possibility of including the name Taylor in their baby’s name. Tay Lautner had even joked about the pressure of choosing a name that would satisfy fans.

The Couple Announced Their Pregnancy in March

Taylor and Tay announced that they were expecting their first child in March 2026. At the time, they shared photos together with the message, “What’s better than two Taylor Lautners?”

In June, the couple revealed that they were expecting a girl. Taylor later shared that becoming a father to a daughter was something he had hoped for.

A New Chapter for the Couple
