A representative for Blair said she had experienced a medical emergency that led to the alleged behavior. The representative also stated that she received medical attention after landing and was in stable condition.

The case has since moved into the legal system. Blair was arraigned on assault charges in New York, and federal authorities are also investigating the incident. The allegations have not been proven in court.
