Nine Children Rescued from Allegedly Abusive Home After Police Uncover Disturbing Conditions
Nine Children Found in Horrific Living Conditions in Ohio as Two Adults Face Charges

Authorities in Licking County, Ohio, have arrested two adults after discovering nine children allegedly living in severely unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
According to reports, Jonathan Parr, 37, and Jacqueline Coleman, 32, were arrested following an investigation into suspected child abuse and neglect. Investigators said the children, ranging in age from 1 to 13, allegedly endured inadequate food, water, bedding and living space.
Court documents described disturbing allegations, including children being confined behind cages or barriers and forced to stand for hours with nails placed between their toes. Authorities also reported a bug infestation and other serious problems inside the property.
The investigation began after Child Protective Services referred concerns to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office. Following a search of the residence in Etna Township, all nine children were removed and placed in protective custody.

Parr and Coleman face child-endangerment charges. The allegations have not been proven in court, and the case remains under investigation.
The discovery has raised serious concerns about how the children were allegedly treated and how long the reported conditions may have continued.
