Suspect Arrested in Slovenia
A Tennessee murder suspect who had been on the run for nearly three years has been arrested in Slovenia, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Seth Walls, 23, was captured in Ljubljana on September 12, 2026. He was wanted in connection with the 2022 shooting death of 15-year-old Haley Reedy in Millington, Tennessee.

Walls is facing charges of second-degree murder and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.

Teenager Shot Dead in 2022
Reedy was shot and killed on September 11, 2022, at a residence on Clear Creek Drive in Millington.

Following an investigation, authorities obtained an arrest warrant for Walls. The U.S. Marshals Service’s Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force took over the fugitive investigation in September 2023 after Walls could no longer be located.

Investigators determined that his trail had eventually led outside the United States, prompting cooperation with international law enforcement agencies.

Identified Through Fingerprints
Authorities said Walls was using an assumed name when he was found in Ljubljana.

His identity was confirmed after fingerprints provided through Interpol matched those of Seth Walls.

The U.S. Marshals Service said Walls remains in custody in Slovenia while authorities in Tennessee coordinate his extradition back to the United States.

International Search
The investigation involved the U.S. Marshals Service, Millington Police Department, FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, Interpol and other law enforcement agencies.

Officials said the international cooperation helped authorities locate Walls after years of searching for him.

The next step will be to return Walls to Tennessee, where he will face the charges against him through the U.S. criminal justice system.
