Presley Gerber, the only son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, has died at the age of 27.

Gerber died on Sunday, September 20, at a rehabilitation facility in Los Angeles, according to records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. His death was confirmed by a representative for the Crawford-Gerber family.

The family has asked for privacy following his death.

A representative for Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber and their daughter, model and actress Kaia Gerber, confirmed the death and asked the public to respect the family’s privacy.

Presley was the couple’s eldest child and only son. Kaia, 25, followed her mother into the fashion industry and has also built a career as an actress.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has not yet determined a cause of death. An autopsy is pending.

Born in Beverly Hills in 1999, Presley entered the fashion industry as a teenager and signed with IMG Models at the age of 15.

Presley and his sister Kaia both followed their mother’s career path, appearing in fashion campaigns and events together.

He also appeared alongside his family in a 2018 remake of Cindy Crawford’s famous Pepsi advertisement.
