Four Arrests in Separate Homicide Cases
The Memphis Police Department arrested four homicide suspects within hours of each other on September 17, 2026, in connection with separate cases dating from 2025 and 2026.

The arrests involved suspects wanted in four different homicide investigations across Memphis, according to police.

Bobby Caradine Arrested in 2025 Case
Police said 33-year-old Bobby Caradine was identified as a suspect in a November 23, 2025 homicide.

Officers responding to a suspicious-person call on Chelsea Avenue found an adult male dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

An arrest warrant was later issued charging Caradine with second-degree murder, tampering with or fabricating evidence, and aggravated assault. MPD’s Fugitive Unit arrested him on September 17.

Anthony McClinton Arrested
Hours later, officers arrested 58-year-old Anthony McClinton, who was wanted in connection with a fatal shooting at a McDonald’s restaurant on Thomas Street on April 22, 2025.

Police said an adult male was found suffering from a gunshot wound inside the business and was pronounced dead at the scene.

McClinton faces charges including second-degree murder, employing a firearm with intent to commit a dangerous felony, and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

Two Teenagers Arrested in September Homicide
The other two suspects, 19-year-old Lecedri Brown and 19-year-old Christopher Bridges, were arrested in the Nashville area after Memphis police received information about their whereabouts.

They are wanted in connection with a September 14, 2026 homicide on Carbon Road.

Police said a male victim was shot and taken to a hospital in critical condition before later dying from his injuries.

Brown and Bridges have both been charged with first-degree murder and employing a firearm with intent to commit a dangerous felony. They remain in custody pending extradition to Shelby County.

Investigation Continues
Memphis police said the four arrests reflect ongoing efforts to investigate homicide cases and locate suspects wanted for violent offenses.

The department reported that its homicide clearance rate currently stands at 87%. The suspects are accused of crimes and remain entitled to due process as their cases move through the court system.
