A Sudden Loss at 75

Patekar was found unconscious at his residence in Dona Paula, Goa, early Thursday morning. He was taken to Manipal Hospital, where doctors attempted to revive him for around 45 minutes. He was later declared dead.

Doctors confirmed cardiac arrest as the cause of death, although the specific trigger has not been established. His son, Malhar Patekar, also confirmed the actor’s death.
