Former Hollywood star Bridget Fonda has attracted attention after making another rare public appearance in Los Angeles, with new photographs showing the 62-year-old actress looking noticeably slimmer.

Fonda was spotted out on November 2, 2026, during a casual outing with a friend. She wore black trousers, a light-colored top and an open yellow shirt, completing her relaxed look with white sneakers and sunglasses. Her silver-streaked hair was pulled back, giving her a low-key appearance as she went about her day.

The latest sighting has reignited interest in her reported weight-loss transformation. Previous reports have suggested that she may have lost more than 100 pounds in recent years. However, Fonda has not publicly confirmed the exact amount or explained how her appearance has changed.

The actress has largely stayed away from the entertainment industry for more than two decades. Her final screen appearance was in the 2002 television production The Snow Queen, after which she stepped away from Hollywood to focus on her personal life and family.

Fonda was once a familiar face on the big screen, starring in several successful films throughout the 1990s. Her credits include The Godfather Part III, Single White Female, Singles and Quentin Tarantino’s Jackie Brown.

Despite her successful career, she gradually withdrew from public life. A serious car accident in 2003 left her with fractured vertebrae, adding to the changes taking place in her life around that time.

She married composer Danny Elfman in November 2003, and the couple share a son, Oliver. Fonda has since maintained a notably private lifestyle, rarely appearing at public events or discussing her personal life.

When asked in 2023 whether she would consider returning to acting, she gave a brief response that suggested she was happy with her life away from Hollywood: “It’s too nice being a civilian.”

Although recent reports have speculated about a possible comeback following her physical transformation, there has been no official confirmation that she plans to return to the screen.
