Twin Brother Stands by Keylor Through Every Difficult Step

Keylor and Keyler are five-year-old twin brothers from Cartagena, Colombia, who have shared nearly every moment of their lives together.

Born prematurely at just six months, the brothers faced challenges from the very beginning. As they grew older, however, their parents began noticing a difference between them. While Keyler was reaching developmental milestones on schedule, Keylor was struggling.

He wasn’t crawling when his brother was. His head movement was also limited. After undergoing medical testing, Keylor was diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

Since then, he has been working through physical therapy and mobility exercises designed to strengthen his legs and help him learn to walk. The sessions can be difficult, and progress often comes slowly.

But Keylor has had something especially important beside him throughout the journey: his twin brother.

Keyler attends every therapy session with him.

The family lives in a low-income area of Cartagena and has asked for support to make their home more accessible and help provide Keylor with the equipment he needs for his continued rehabilitation.

But the videos of the two brothers have shown millions of people something that cannot be purchased.
