Inside Kylie Jenner’s Six-Year Mansion Project: Aerial Photos Reveal the Scale of Her Italian-Inspired Dream Home

Aerial photographs have revealed the extraordinary scale of Kylie Jenner’s long-awaited mansion in Hidden Hills, California, offering a closer look at the construction project that has occupied the reality star for six years.

Jenner purchased the five-acre property in 2020 for a reported $15 million. Since then, the beauty mogul has been transforming the land into an expansive Italian-inspired estate designed to become her family home.

The latest images show a sprawling construction site, with heavy machinery, unfinished outdoor areas and extensive landscaping work surrounding the enormous residence. Despite years of development, several parts of the property are still taking shape.

In September 2026, Jenner gave fans an unusual glimpse inside the project through a YouTube video. She described the property as her “beautiful dream Italian home” and said she was eager to finish the work and finally move in.

The planned main residence measures approximately 18,000 square feet, according to previously reported building plans. The original plans also included a guesthouse, a large garage, a swimming pool and a sports court.

The design draws heavily on traditional Italian and Mediterranean architecture. Outside, Jenner has incorporated a reclaimed cobblestone driveway, lavender landscaping and mature olive trees. She also revealed plans for a rose garden and an outdoor dining area beneath two large olive trees.

Inside, the home features reclaimed wooden flooring, stone surfaces, vintage tiles and an old fireplace intended for the entrance. Jenner has also shown portions of the kitchen and guest bathrooms, explaining that she wanted traditional details and natural materials throughout the property.

Other planned features include a basement gym, a sports court and an outdoor entertaining area with a pizza oven and fountain. The property is being designed with family gatherings in mind, as Jenner shares two children, Stormi and Aire, with rapper Travis Scott.

During her home tour, Jenner acknowledged how long the project had taken, saying she had been working on it for years and was ready for it to be completed.

The aerial photographs offer a striking reminder of the scale of the undertaking. What began as an empty parcel of land has gradually become one of the most ambitious residential projects associated with the Kardashian-Jenner family.

Although Jenner has not confirmed an exact move-in date, her recent tour suggests that the estate is moving closer to becoming the family home she has envisioned.
