Sean “Diddy” Combs Hospitalized After Hitting His Head on Prison Bunk, Report Says

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Head Injury Explained: New Report Reveals What Happened Behind Bars

Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been taken to a New Jersey hospital after suffering a head injury while serving his prison sentence, with a new report shedding light on how the incident allegedly happened.

According to Page Six, a source said the 56-year-old music mogul struck his head against the bunk above him inside his prison cell at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey.

The injury reportedly occurred early Saturday morning, October 10. Combs was taken for medical treatment, and the injury was described in earlier reports as non-life-threatening. A source told Page Six that he was doing much better afterward.

However, details about the incident have not been independently confirmed by prison officials. A representative for Combs said his team was aware of the reports and was working to establish the circumstances.

“Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern,” his representative said, while thanking those who had expressed concern.

The reported incident comes as Combs continues serving a 50-month federal prison sentence following his 2025 conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of the more serious federal charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. Combs has repeatedly denied allegations of wrongdoing.

His incarceration has recently attracted further attention following reports about alleged privileges and disciplinary action inside the prison. According to previous media reports, his projected release date has been moved to March 2028.

For now, the reported head injury appears to have been an accident involving his bunk bed, according to the source cited by Page Six. Authorities have not publicly released a detailed account of what happened, and there is no verified evidence suggesting that another person caused the injury.

As the story develops, questions remain about the precise circumstances of the incident and the medical treatment Combs received.
